An inspired woman podcast

Hello, I am Shelley, Your Host.

When I was in my 20s living in Chicago, my friends and I met every Sunday for brunch. We talked about our dates, our jobs and most importantly, our dreams. We didn’t hold back, and sometimes, it got loud – hence the name we gave our group, THAT Table. We grew older, moved to different cities, and continued to meet up at tables around the country (and occasionally in other countries).

Over the years, through these conversations and others, I have observed a commonality among women: They have the seeds of some incredibly inspiring ideas. The problem? Only a few take the steps to bring them to life. I’ve been fortunate to meet many of these courageous champions of change – you among them – and am continuously inspired when I hear the stories of triumph and success.

How amazing would our world be if every woman acted on her desires? If she felt emboldered and empowered to figure out the financial hurdle, find a wing woman, learn a new skill, jump through the hoops? What if it didn’t feel so HARD; what if it felt RIGHT?
